Mohawk Ski/Snowboard Program

Parents of Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary and Middle School Children:

We have once again organized the Friday night ski program for Washington Montessori at Mohawk Ski area in Cornwall. This is not a school run program, but is a program that a parent has put together for the last 15 years or so. The program runs for 6 consecutive Friday's beginning January 8th, 2010.  Because we are a long standing group, prices for lift tickets, ski/snowboard equipment rental and ski/snowboard lessons are discounted.  Payment in full is due with paperwork submission, and is non refundable once reservations have been made, as per Mohawk policy.

Sign up packets are available at the front desk, and must be returned to the "Loomis" mailbox before Thanksgiving break.  No signups after Thanksgiving. If you have any questions, please contact Priscilla Loomis at plloomis@optonline.net

You may register students for lessons, rentals and/or lift tickets and prices will be at the group rates.  Pricing information is at the front desk with the forms. Parents may also purchase tickets at the group rates. 

The lessons begin right after school on Friday, and parents are responsible for transporting their children to and from the ski area.  Transportation is not included.  Lessons run from approximately 4:00 - 5:00pm and then children are free to ski with their family and friends.

If you are interested in participating, please obtain the forms from the front desk, complete and return to the box at the front desk marked SKI PROGRAM by NOVEMBER 20th (last day of school before Thanksgiving break)
