Mark your calendars for what promises to be an exciting and fun day for the whole family.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., families are invited to Kids Expo, where parents can meet and speak with several vendors with opportunities for children--everything from sports camps to foreign language courses. Kids can enjoy meeting a beloved Star Wars character, making their own "pet rocks," tumbling in the bouncy house or taking a turn up the climbing wall.
At 10 and 11:30 a.m., the Puppet Festival continues with performances of "Hansel and Gretel" by Wayne Martin Puppets of Boston, MA. Tickets to puppet shows are $8.50 each.
At 7 p.m., Washington Montessori welcomes the Cast of Beatlemania to our stage. A show for all ages, the Cast of Beatlemania stages a journey through the career of the Beatles with elaborate costume changes to reflect the progression of the band's music. Seating is limited, so reserve your seats now at the front desk. Tickets are available for $15 (students only), $25, $35 and $65.
