Learn or improve your lacrosse skills in this five-day camp led by LHYC Coach John Long. This camp is designed for beginners and seasoned players alike. Players will be grouped by skill level, and mentoring will be used to benefit the new and the skilled in this fun, positive environment. Players will work on skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship with scrimmages each day. Water and nut-free snacks provided.
BOYS’ REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Helmet, Stick, Mouth Guard, Cleats (not metal), Sneakers, Shoulder Pads, Protective Jock Strap
GIRLS’ REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: Eye Protection, Stick (no pocket), Mouth Guard (not clear), Cleats (not metal), Arm Pads, Gloves
