Synae’a is one of the sweetest members of the class of 2020. Always willing to step in and offer help, Synae’a is intelligent, funny, athletic, and warm-hearted. Synae’a has been brightening days at Washington Montessori since sixth grade when she entered the school as an earnest, outgoing young girl. She has been a subtle and steady positive force in each area of daily life. Her work ethic is an obvious asset to the class, but it is her sense of joy in learning and cheerful collaborative skills, which set fire to her intellectual spark and enliven each class. Students and teachers alike know Synae’a can be relied upon for a friendly greeting when passing in the hall or commons and encouraging words, reliable teamwork and a focused, insightful perspective during classes or on the playing fields and courts.
